These terms cover your use of thethreadnova.com, including the concept generator and the creator application form. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: info@thethreadnova.com.

Applying is not a contract

Submitting an application does not create a partnership. If we work together, the revenue split, payout schedule, design ownership and how either side can end the arrangement will be set out in a separate written partner agreement that we both sign.

The concept generator

• Concepts are generated by AI (Anthropic’s Claude) and are suggestions only. They may be similar to existing products or ideas, and we do not guarantee they are free of third-party rights.
• Before any design is sold through a ThreadNova store, our team reviews it. If you use generated ideas on your own, checking them for trademarks and other rights is your responsibility.
• Don’t enter personal information, or content you don’t have the right to share.
• We limit how often the generator can be used to keep it available for everyone.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping, no spam submissions, and no requests for hateful, sexual, violent or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The ThreadNova name, logo and site content belong to ThreadNova. Your own name, likeness, brand and catchphrases stay yours.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. Payout examples on the site are illustrations, not promises of earnings. To the extent the law allows, ThreadNova is not liable for indirect losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
