This policy explains what information ThreadNova (“we”, “us”) collects through thethreadnova.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@thethreadnova.com.

What we collect

• Creator applications: your name, email, social handle, platform, niche, audience size, and anything you write about your audience.
• Concept generator inputs: the niche, audience description and style you enter.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse (rate limiting). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To generate merch concepts you asked for.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Who we share it with

• Anthropic: text you enter in the concept generator is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to produce concepts. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms. Please do not enter personal information in the generator.
• Hostinger: our website and email host, which stores the site and application data.
• Print-on-demand and payment partners: only if we start working together, and only what is needed to run your store and pay you.

How long we keep it

Application details are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Rate-limiting data is kept for about a day.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@thethreadnova.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

ThreadNova is for creators aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
